Cartrails is a website dedicated to exposing the truth about car emissions and what they are doing to you. Knowledge is power. By visiting and supporting this website you are empowering and arming yourself to join the fight against the Deep State and the New World Order.
Be informed, be vigilant, know the truth!
Be informed, be vigilant, know the truth!
A short history of how the left coast, Deep State, and NWO is using your car.
Starting in the late 1940s operatives of the Deep State and the New World Order, mostly in California, began to use air quality as a means to push an agenda and develop a worldwide system for geoengineering. By the 1960's, auto manufactures started adding emissions equipment to all their cars. This was forced upon us under the guise of cleaner air. The truth is far, far darker than they want you to know.
The following timeline illustrates how the New World Order started with a single agency on the left coast and grew a program to further its goals world wide.
1947 - Air Pollution Control Act Signed by California Governor Earl Warren
1953 - "Visible Emissions Program" to control black smoke. Established standard nationwide and fuel switching from coal to natural gas implemented throughout the U.S.
1955 - Federal Air Pollution Control Act to better understand the cause and effects of air pollution and Los Angeles County Motor Vehicle Control Lab and State Bureau of Air Sanitation Established.
1959 - Legislation established the ability for California to develop ambient air standards and controls for motor vehicles.
1960 - Motor Vehicle Control Board established to test and certify motor vehicle emission control devices. Federal Motor Vehicle Act of 1960 provides research to address pollution from motor vehicles
1959 - Legislation established the ability for California to develop ambient air standards and controls for motor vehicles. First ambient air standards established based on observations of health.
1961 - First Automotive Emission Control Technology Requirements
1961 - First automotive emission control technology requirements mandated in California (first in nation) by the California Motor Vehicle Pollution Control Board.
1963 - First Federal Clean Air Act
1967 - Mulford-Carrell Air Resources Act signed by Governor Ronald Reagan created the California Air Resources Board (CARB) *
1970 - Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) formed
1966 - first tailpipe emissions standards (California)
1968 - US tailpipe emissions standards
1969 - First California Ambient Air Quality Standards
1969 - Volkswagen introduces the first on-board computer system with scanning capability
1975 - catalytic converter introduced
1975 - GM proposes American Petroleum Institute remove lead from fuel
1975 - Datsun 280Z On-board computers begin appearing on consumer vehicles, largely motivated by their need for real-time tuning of fuel injection systems. Simple OBD implementations appear
1980 - General Motors implements a proprietary interface and protocol for testing of the Engine Control Module (ECM) on the vehicle assembly line. The assembly line diagnostic link' (ALDL) protocol communicates at 160 baud Implemented on California vehicles for the 1980 model year, and the rest of the United States in 1981. The only available function for the owner is "Blinky Codes". The Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC's) can be interpreted through the blinking pattern of the "Check Engine" (MIL) light.
1986 - An upgraded version of the ALDL protocol appears which communicates at 8192 baud with half-duplex UART signaling. This protocol is defined in GM XDE-5024B.
1988 - The Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) recommends a standardized diagnostic connector and set of diagnostic test signals.
1991 - CARB requires that all new vehicles sold in California in 1991 and newer vehicles have some basic OBD capability
1994 - CARB issues the OBD-II specification and mandates that it be adopted for all cars sold in California starting in model year 1996. The DTCs and connector suggested by the SAE are incorporated into this specification.
1996 - The OBD-II specification is made mandatory for all cars manufactured in the United States to be sold in the United States.
2001 - The European Union makes EOBD mandatory for all gasoline (petrol) vehicles sold in the European Union
2003 - The European Union makes EOBD mandatory for all diesel vehicles sold in the European Union
2008 - All cars sold in the United States are required to use the ISO 15765-4 signaling standard
2008 - Certain light vehicles in China are required by the Environmental Protection Administration Office to implement OBD (standard GB18352) by July 1, 2008.
2010 - HDOBD (heavy duty) specification is made mandatory for selected commercial (non-passenger car) engines sold in the United States.

*It should also be noted that one of the authors of the Mulford-Carrell act was Don Mulford. Don Mulford wrote the Mulford act banning carrying loaded firearms in public, also in 1967. What better way to control the population other than to take away their guns?
Looking at this history, one has to ask - How did a single agency in one state gain so much power? CARB only sets rules for California, yet the entire United States follows its example. Even more telling - How has CARB managed to influence other nations? How did California become the only state to be allowed to set its own emissions standards?
CARB is a puppet organization that continues to guide the SAE, the EU, and worldwide automotive manufactures in the production, sale, and maintenance of geoengineering machines to the the public.
The general population has been sold a bill of goods thinking they are helping keep the air clean when in fact they are being forced to destroy the very air they think they are protecting. CARB even controls the ability of home mechanics to modify their own cars. If a part installed on a car in California is not CARB approved, it must be removed. This interferes with a private citizens ability to use his or her own private property.

Just look at the list of extra equipment that the consumer is being forced to purchase:
Air Injection - This device is located on the front of the engine and is driven by a fan belt. It looks kind of like a power steering pump. That is, until you notice that the hoses lead to the exhaust system.
Positive crankcase ventilation - This system takes air from inside the engine and directs it to the air intake.
Exhaust gas re-circulation - This system takes exhaust gasses and injects them back into the air intake
Charcoal canister - This component supposedly gathers and stores fumes from your car's gas tank. This is a tamper-proof component that is protected by federal law
Oxygen sensor - This constantly monitors the exhaust gasses in your car. This information is then used by the OBD system to adjust your car's output.
Catalytic converter - The pride and joy of the movement. This device is highly regulated by the Federal Government and is located in the exhaust pipe. It uses the heat of the engine to convert the emissions of your car. Tampering with or removing this component violates Federal Law.
Winter fuel blends - "Special" fuel blends in the winter cost more and cause an increase in cartrails during the winter months.
Notice that most of these systems and component deal with collecting, converting, and injecting gasses that come out of the tailpipe of your car. Each new generation of emissions producing equipment gets more and more sophisticated and more and more self sufficient and automated. Early systems had to be inspected and possibly adjusted once a year. Current systems monitor and adjust themselves. If these settings wander too far the on-board computer will disable the car forcing a citizen to bring the car to a specialist for costly repairs.
These components are not only required by federal law, but they are also protected by federal warranty. The federal government requires that every manufacturer offer a limited warranty emissions control on the vehicles they build. The Federal Emission Warranty covers any repairs needed to correct defects in materials or workmanship which would cause your vehicle not to meet the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) standards.

It doesn't end there! Recently, insurance companies have been getting drivers to voluntarily drive with extra computer monitors that transmit the drivers habits. The insurance companies get ignorant people to do this for a very small discount on rates and say that these programs promote safer driving habits. What they are not telling people is that these logs are being used to better map distribution and usage of geoengineering machines to fine tune and accelerate the process.
What does the future hold? Nobody knows for sure. We have not yet been able to fully understand the ultimate purpose of these geoengineering projects nor the full span of what they are doing. That is not to say that we are not monitoring their progress. For example, in some cities, a new and invasive technology is starting to be used. This technology, developed by Dr. Donald Stedman of the University of Denver, uses lasers to detect emissions while vehicles pass by on public roads, eliminating the need for owners to go to a test center. This laser system is most commonly being used currently in metropolitan areas.
